Where this is the case Bright Ideas Agency can provide you with pricing to deliver those services or to work with your in-house IT team or external IT services provider to remediate any necessary changes.

  • Outside of ensuring the right technical foundations that get recommended are put into place, the most important aspect from your team is engagement and participation.

  • Bright Ideas Agency has experience of working with businesses based across four continents and operating in multiple time zones. Our normal scheduling allows us to provide live virtual training in time zones from UTC+3 through to Pacific time in the US, but we can make accommodations outside of this.

  • For most businesses with common requirements, everything you need is included.

    You may only nominate up to 10% of total end users you’ve bought the package for as executives for one-on-one coaching. If you need more of your team to receive one-on-one training, we are happy to accommodate this, but it will normally be at additional cost to you.

    We plan for end-user training group sizes of around 10-16 and will work with you to get the right cohort breakdown. If you require substantially smaller groups (leading to more training deliveries) or you need significant changes to the training program, we can work with you to facilitate this but it may result in extra cost to you.

    Scheduling changes, cancellation, or other delays will be accommodated as far as is practical but depending on the notice given and business impact may result in additional charges.

    As part of your client onboarding a full set of terms and conditions for our services will be shared with you.

  • When you decide to move forward we will issue you an agreement and down payment invoice for the engagement. 40% of the total fee is paid up front. 30% needs to be paid by the agreed start date of the project. And the final 30% must be paid by 15 days following the final invoice being issued at the end of the engagement. Payment can be made using credit cards or bank transfer.

  • Your registered team members will receive regular communications from Bright Ideas Agency inviting them to register questions for and sign up for the office hours sessions. We aim to offer a range of options to satisfy the working patterns and time zone requirements of the clients we are working with. The office hours sessions are open to all eligible Bright Ideas Agency clients on a first-come basis and require pre-registration. During the sessions participants can ask questions, but should ensure not to share proprietary or confidential information.

  • We work both with specialist IT services providers and in-house IT teams when providing technical assistant on Copilot for Microsoft 365 adoption. Many IT services companies are not specialists in these new tools and through your relationship with Bright Ideas Agency we will share our knowledge on these technologies with your provider so they can continue to support you in the long term.
