Do you need expert support and advice on your business digital transformation? Are you looking to get started with a project but you’re not sure of the first steps? Would you benefit from focused coaching and ideation on how to approach technology issues like the impact of AI on your business?
A one-on-one virtual session with Nick offers you the ability to directly connect with an expert and innovator on digital transformation for small businesses.
What you get:
Describe what you want to focus on, provide context specific to your business, and submit up to a few pages of contextual information ahead of your meeting so Nick is primed with the right context.
Spend your virtual meeting discussing your digital transformation challenge, whether it be understanding how new technology can fit in, what an adoption strategy should look like, or something more specific to your particular need. Establish next steps.
After the meeting, you receive a written overview including any follow-up information or references that might be helpful, and a recording of your session (to be downloaded within 30 days).
If you choose to follow-up with additional sessions or a regular meeting you can buy a package of time at a fixed price or move to project based billing where Nick and his team will help you implement what was discussed.

You can work with Nick to build a customized session for your needs and to deliver it for your business either virtually or in-person. This can be a one-off engagement or might mark the start of working together on a range of digital transformation projects for your business.
As these opportunities are all directly planned and facilitated by Nick, availability is strictly limited.
Starting at $1,250 (half-day)/$2,250 (full-day) for virtual facilitation and $1,750 (half-day)/$3,000 (full-day) for in-person facilitation
All bookings include a virtual planning meeting, fully customized delivery plan, and post-event review. In-person pricing is exclusive of any necessary travel costs or other expenses.
