TERMS FOR ONE-ON-ONE VIRTUAL COACHING (Updated October 23, 2023)
Booking and Payment
1. Sessions may be booked at least 7 days in advance and no more than 3 months in advance.
2. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
1. You may reschedule your booked session once giving at least 24-hours’ notice before the originally intended scheduled start. Sessions may not be rescheduled more than once and subsequent rescheduling shall lead to cancellation and fee forfeiture.
2. Should you cancel your booking or no-show, your fee will be forfeited.
3. In exceptional circumstances Bright Ideas Agency may need to reschedule your booking. In this situation you will be given the opportunity to reschedule to an available time convenient to you or to cancel with a full refund.
Session Conduct
1. All sessions will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
2. Clients are expected to be punctual. Late arrivals will result in shorter sessions ending at the pre-agreed time.
3. Inappropriate behavior will result in termination and no refund shall be given. This includes but is not limited to offensive conduct.
Technical Requirements
1. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are technically prepared for the session including internet connection and camera, microphone etc.
2. In case of technical difficulties on the provider’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Confidentiality
1. All sessions will be recorded and copy of the recording provided for download.
2. All discussions during the session are confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law or requested/authorized in writing.
Limitation of Liability
1. The provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses arising from the session.
2. The advice and guidance provided during the session are based on the provider's expertise and experience. However, outcomes are not guaranteed. No content of the session should be considered to be legal, financial, or accounting advice.
Intellectual Property
1. Materials shared by the provider are for the client’s exclusive use and should not be shared with other parties outside their business or for any commercial gain.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Amendments
1. The provider may amend these terms at any time and clients will be notified prior to their session.
