The age of all-inclusive AI use in Microsoft 365 Copilot is over.
You need a plan

Copilot Cowork is the most powerful new feature in Microsoft 365 Copilot, and it has now moved to general availability. But what many organizations weren’t expecting was a new bill: Cowork will cost you real dollars for every run.

Included in this session:

  • What is Copilot Cowork and why is it a good fit for businesses using Microsoft 365.

  • How will Copilot Cowork be priced.

  • How is Copilot Cowork billing set up

  • What budget control and spend visibility tools are available.

  • How to get value from Copilot Cowork as a tool billed on consumption.

Who this session is for:

  • IT leaders

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption leaders

  • Anyone responsible for IT or technology budgets

In this virtual session, AI adoption consultant and Microsoft MVP, Nick DeCourcy, will provide a complete overview of Copilot Cowork moving to general availability and the resulting budgetary and adoption impacts you should plan for.

Copilot Cowork is an important tool in the Microsoft 365 Copilot tool chest, but as a consumptive add-on rather than an included core feature more planning for its rollout is needed than most new Copilot capabilities. Get it right, and Copilot Cowork can deliver fantastic outputs, get it wrong, and you might be getting a surprising new bill.

This session is both for organizations that are newly looking at Copilot Cowork now it has moved to general availability, and for those that have been using Cowork during its time in Frontier. Specifically for those Frontier organizations, there are actions you must take before July 1, 2026 for continuity that will be reviewed during the session.

Leave this session knowing what to act on for Cowork and its budget implications, and for Frontier users so you’re ready for July 1.

All those who pre-register by 6/22/26 will be given the opportunity to submit questions to be included in the session. Pre-registration gives you access to the scheduled session AND the recording which will be published within 24 hours.
