Online Training Terms and Conditions

Revised April 24, 2024

1. Introduction

Welcome to our online training course terms and conditions. These terms and conditions specifically apply to the online paid training content provided by Bright Ideas Agency LLC. For other services or products offered, separate terms and conditions may apply. By registering for a paid public course through our website or any other means, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Course Delivery

The course will be delivered live online by a qualified instructor at the scheduled date and time. Participants will receive login details and instructions on how to access the course materials prior to the start date. It the attendee’s responsibility to ensure they have appropriate equipment and connectivity to participate fully in the course.

3. Payment

Payment for the course must be completed in full before access to the live session is granted. Details regarding payment methods and deadlines are provided during the registration process.

4. Postponement and Cancellation by Provider

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the training course under certain conditions, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment. We consider a minimum number of attendees necessary to conduct a productive training session. Should the course not meet the minimum required number of attendees, registered participants will be notified of the postponement or cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. In other circumstances that require cancellation, we will provide as much notice as possible, but from time-to-time unexpected personnel or technical issues may arise that require such cancellation to occur.

5. Refunds and Rescheduling by Provider

In the event of a course postponement or cancellation by us, participants will be given the following options and must notify us of their decision on these options within 7 days:

  • Participants will be offered a full refund of the registration fee; or

  • The option to transfer their registration to the same or similar course at a new, rescheduled date and time. If the courses are substantially similar (topic, duration, format) and there is a difference in price, the lower price will apply, notwithstanding any discounts, and a partial refund may be given.

6. Cancellation by Attendee

Attendees may cancel their registration up to two weeks before the course's scheduled start date. A full refund will be issued, minus a processing fee of $50 or 20% of the registration fee, whichever is greater. If cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the course start date, no refunds will be given. Attendees may transfer their registration to another person, provided that the new attendee meets the eligibility requirements set forth in these terms.

7. Content Disclaimer

The content delivered during the course is based on the best knowledge available to the instructor at the time and is intended for educational and informational purposes only. We make no representation or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the course content. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the course provider and instructor against any claims or legal proceedings arising from the use of the course materials or content provided.

8. Reliance on Information

The information provided during the course is not intended to be relied upon for personal, legal, or financial decisions. Participants should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to their situation. 10. Participant Conduct

Should such a cancelation occur no refund will be offered and, should the booking for the participant be connected with their employer, the conduct may be reported to that employer. Where conduct includes or is reasonable to thought to include illegal conduct, Bright Ideas Agency reserves the right to report the conduct to law enforcement.
