Automating Microsoft 365 Copilot: Why Scheduled Prompts Might Be the Answer

Wanting to automate Microsoft 365 Copilot is a really common user demand. The answer? Scheduled Prompts.

Scheduled Prompts allow you to run Microsoft 365 Copilot prompts on a defined schedule and get the result back to your Copilot conversation history, waiting for you next time you open Copilot Chat.

But at the start of the year, it seemed all the wind in the sails getting us to a solution for this automation need was heading toward Copilot Actions, a tool that has now completely disappeared. So, is Scheduled Prompts the right winner, or with the upcoming Microsoft 365 Copilot API, is the answer not that straightforward?
