Teams’ Loop‑Powered Notes Are Finally Arriving in Instant Meetings
The Loop-powered Teams notes experience is coming to instant meetings (Meet Now and chat-initiated calls) to bring a more consistent experience to the in-meeting and post-meeting assets available.
While there are definitely some opportunities for improvement with these Loop-based pages (the biggest in my mind is that for planned meetings there is no way by default to share with external participants who might need to see the agenda), there is a big upside to features like these being consistent across different meeting experiences.
The main thing that has driven my adoption of these notes pages is the fantastic Facilitator agent that is able to record notes live during the meeting. This is a much more accessible experience than just a dense transcript; and I hope this upgrade means that this agent will be available in more places.
This will start rolling out to targeted release next month. For more information see MC1218712 in the Message center.
